    Please check your chocolates or cakes immediately upon delivery or collection to ensure they meet our quality standards and your order specifications.

    Document Issues

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging as evidence for our quality control team.

    Contact Customer Service

    Notify us within 2 hours of receipt by emailing our support team or calling the shop directly with your order number and the photos of the issue.

    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange for a complimentary replacement or a store credit to be issued for your next purchase.
